Managing Environments for Monthly Enterprise
Provide Environment technical expertise and directions to teams for configuration, testing, implementation and debugging of new/enhanced systems and other related consultation
Manage Environments for Monthly Enterprise Releases and Database refreshes, code deployments to Integrated Non-Production Environment in readiness for Regression Testing
Manage & Coordinate Non-Prod Dev & Test Environments to Assigned Projects
Document data flows between Superannuation Admin Systems & Consumer Systems in Non-Production Integrated Test Environments
Coordinate with the Project for database refresh
Work on transforming current manual, high risk Environments into streamlined, automated & Cloud based ecosystem with Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy
Manage Hypercare for the Projects post Go Live and manage retrofitting Prod Code to lower systems
Engage with Infrastructure Architect, Integration Solution Architect to assess the network and integration requirements to establish connectivity
Defects resolution for environment related issues, managing through to closure and, where necessary, escalate in accordance with defect management procedures.
Troubleshooting server issues for application’s like ACURITY, OBJECTIVE, KOFAX & SITECORE environment incidents, problems and outages with support teams and determining appropriate actions and owners for resolution.
Coordinate with Release team on the Projects requirements for Out of Cycle or Enterprise Release
Your Profile
Proven experience in environment management, release coordination, or DevOps support roles.
Hands-on experience with Plutora or similar environment/release management tools.
Strong understanding of non-production environment lifecycle, database refreshes, and deployment processes.
