About the role

Vulcan' is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Newcastle, NSW. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented sales team and contribute to the continued success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with inbound customer enquiries and promptly respond to customer needs

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

• Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers

• Process orders and manage customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
