Caddy Industrial Sales is a leading WA supplier to the construction industry, supporting major electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire and plumbing projects.

Our Internal Sales team is at the centre of the business — keeping projects moving by providing fast, accurate, solutions-based support to customers, suppliers, and our external sales team.

About the Role

You’ll be the key point of contact for inbound customer enquiries, responsible for turning requests into accurate orders and practical solutions.

This is a high-volume, detail-focused role where your ability to prioritise and communicate clearly directly impacts customer outcomes.

You will work closely with warehouse, suppliers, and external sales to ensure smooth delivery from enquiry through to dispatch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and counter

• Processing orders accurately in our ERP system

• Providing product advice across construction support systems

• Sourcing products and confirming availability with suppliers

• Coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams

• Supporting external sales with customer requirements

• Maintaining accurate order and customer data

• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Experience

• Previous internal sales, customer service, or sales support experience preferred

• Experience in construction supply, electrical wholesale, HVAC, plumbing or industrial products highly regarded

• Intermediate computer skills required
