About the role

Irrigation Group is rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their team in Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing strategic estimating and project management expertise to support the company's construction projects across SEQ.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects

2. Overseeing the implementation and delivery of construction projects from start to finish

3. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes

4. Collaborating with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

5. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects

6. Providing reporting and analysis to support business decision-making

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience 5+ years in the industry

2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations

3. Proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget

5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues

7. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering, construction, or project management discipline
