The Role

We're looking for an experienced Reticulation Technician to join our growing field crew on a full-time basis. You'll be working across both residential and commercial sites throughout Perth, diagnosing and repairing reticulation systems, tracking and replacing solenoids, pipe repairs, full system installations, and generally delivering the high standard of work our customers expect and our reviews reflect.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial reticulation systems

• Servicing and reprogramming irrigation controllers

• Sprinkler head replacement, lateral repairs and mainline work on both 2 wire and conventionally wired systems

• Bore water pump servicing and fault finding (if you have an electrical license we would love to hear from you)

• New system installations

• Providing customers with clear, professional communication on-site

• Completing detailed job reports and photos of our work

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in the irrigation/reticulation maintenance industry. Please do not apply if you do not have this.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability using a multi meter at the controller to diagnose faults. Tracing field wire and valves for broken wiring and faulty solenoids.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own jobs

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills — you'll be the face of Sprinkler Fixers on every job

• Familiarity with leading brands including Hunter, RainBird, Toro, Bermad and Irritrol (preferred)

• Current driver's licence (essential)

• Waterwise Garden Irrigator accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
