About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support & Systems Officer to support our growing multi-site organisation. With services operating 7 days per week and new digital platforms being implemented, this role is key to ensuring smooth operations, strong system performance and continuous improvement.

The position is primarily based in Keysborough, with occasional travel to our Brunswick and Collingwood locations.

his is a flexible, part-time opportunity working 3 days per week (19 hours per fortnight).

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple sites

  • Deliver help desk support and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Maintain IT systems, hardware and software

  • Support Microsoft 365, CRM platforms and Azure AD

  • Monitor system performance and manage security initiatives

  • Maintain WordPress website updates

  • Support digital projects, staff training and technology improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ IT Helpdesk experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field (desirable)

  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience (desirable)

  • Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server (AD, Group Policy) and CRM experience

  • WordPress website maintenance skills

  • Experience supporting multi-site environments

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong documentation and record-keeping capability

  • Current driver’s licence (required)
