Full time
$75,600 - $85,000 Annual
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to staff and clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure security and backup procedures are maintained
- Assist with onboarding and setup of new employees
- Maintain user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common business applications
- Escalate complex technical issues where required
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
Requirements
- 12 months of Work Experience
- Diploma Level or higher
