At Warringah IT, we’re looking for a capable and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you’ll support multiple small to medium business clients across Sydney, helping ensure their systems run reliably, securely, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you’ll be troubleshooting issues, improving systems, and working with modern cloud and security technologies.

You’ll be working primarily with Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as identity and device management through Entra ID and Intune. You’ll also gain exposure to networking, backup solutions, and security tools used across a variety of client environments.

As part of a modern IT team, we are increasingly adopting automation and AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot and scripting/automation platforms) to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes for our clients. You’ll be encouraged to learn and use these tools as part of your day-to-day work.
