Benchmark Installs specialises in high-end residential fit-outs working across Melbournes best homes! 

Partnering with Cabinet Makers & Builders, we work to install all elements of joinery onsite. 

Available Positions:

• Joinery Installers, working under a leading hand

Employment Options:

• Full Time (Includes annual leave, leave, long service and super)

• Subcontractor

Responsibilities:

• Installing custom joinery on site: Full architectural interior joinery across residential and commercial projects

• Reading and working from shop drawings: measuring, setting out, scribing and finishing timber to suit real-world site conditions

• Detailed fit-off and finishing: adjusting doors, drawers, hardware and panels to achieve a premium finish

• Event Work: Access to Event work, such as the Aus Open & F1.

Requirements:

• White Card

• Driving Licence & Vehicle

• Clear communication skills

• Strong cabinet making skills

• Experience with major brands such as Blum / Hafele hardware

• Commitment to excellence.
