Bathers' Pavilion, Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, is located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city. Bathers' has a two hatted Restaurant, busy upmarket Bistro, Thai Restaurant, Function Room, Kiosk and Art Gallery.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full time Junior Sous Chef to help drive and support both our Function and Bistro kitchens.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two - three years experience in a similar role and will be assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in executing a high quality product.
The position is full time and shifts will include weekend and evening work. Applicants should have resident status or hold an appropriate fulltime Australian work visa.
We see this as permanent long term position so no working holiday or student visas.

Work alongside one of Sydney’s best Chefs Perry Hill - who has worked in the kitchens of Luke Mangan and also the likes of MG Garage and most recently Botanica of Vaucluse.
