We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join a well-established manufacturer and distributor of baked goods based in Gateshead.

Your Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Batching, mixing, proofing and baking products
• Packing and labelling finished goods
• Stacking cartons and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining quality and food safety standards
• Repetitive manual handling and lifting

About You

• Experience in food production, manufacturing or process work is highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Hold full Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
