Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Capital Industry Group Pty Ltd is growing! With multiple civil reinstatement projects underway, we’re looking for experienced and motivated Labourers to join our team.
If you have solid experience in civil construction, council reinstatement, and road maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Key Skills and Experience

• Civil Works Reinstatement: Strong understanding of concrete and asphalt reinstatement, road construction, and maintenance.

• Saw Cutting Expertise: Skilled in operating demo saws for precise concrete cutting

• Site Preparation: Proficient in boxing, Rio work, and site clean-up

• OHS Knowledge: Sound understanding of safety policies and procedures

• Teamwork & Independence: Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

Mandatory Licences

• Manual Driver’s Licence – Essential

• Truck Licence (MR or HR) – Required (split shifting)

• Excavator Licence – Minimum 5 years’ experience

Bonus Skills & Tickets

➕ Electrical Spotter (ESV) – Highly regarded

➕ First Aid -CPR – Highly regarded

➕ Traffic Controller Ticket – Advantageous for road-related work

➕ Concrete Experience – Highly regarded
