Due to exciting growth, Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary are seeking Certificate III, Diploma Educators and Lead Educators to join our vibrant and passionate team on a permanent or part-time basis.

Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Experience in early childhood settings (preferred but not essential)
For Lead Educator roles: experience leading rooms and mentoring others
A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to quality practice
A genuine passion for learning environments
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks is essential for all positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
