Due to exciting growth, Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary are seeking Certificate III, Diploma Educators and Lead Educators to join our vibrant and passionate team on a permanent or part-time basis.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

• Experience in early childhood settings (preferred but not essential)

• For Lead Educator roles: experience leading rooms and mentoring others

• A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to quality practice

• A genuine passion for learning environments

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation

• Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks is essential for all positions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) and up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
