🔑 Key Qualifications We Seek:
We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Communicate clearly with a positive and approachable attitude.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Are confident speaking with clients, tenants and prospective tenants.

• Have strong attention to detail and can prioritise tasks effectively.

• Hold a current driver’s licence.

• Hold, or are willing to obtain, a Certificate of Registration / Assistant Agent Certificate.

• Have prior real estate or leasing experience, although this is not essential for the right person.

📢 What You’ll Do:
As a Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private rental inspections.

• Responding to rental enquiries.

• Communicating with prospective tenants.

• Processing rental applications and completing reference checks.

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and the Property Management team.

• Assisting with advertising and tenant onboarding.

• Maintaining accurate records and correspondence.
