About the Position
As the Lecturer in Foundation Skills, you will be involved in curriculum and learning resource development, and support ASQA compliance and registration for the team in preparation of audits. The role contributes to growing the teaching business and anticipates and responds to industry training requirements.
You will ensure that training is delivered to a high-standard whilst working under the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework and delivering accredited training in Foundation Skills.
The role includes teaching requirements within the Department of Corrections.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
Appointment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory National Criminal History check and a valid NT Working with Children clearance. You must have the ability to work within the Department of Corrections and hold a valid NT driver’s licence.
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at VET Teaching Academic Level A. The base salary will be in the range of $76,604 - $114,924 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $89,626 - $134,461 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
