The Role As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you'll act as a senior escalation point within the Service Desk team, supporting multiple client environments and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support and escalations
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure issues
- Support networking and security environments
- Mentor junior engineers
- Maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with project delivery teams

- Previous MSP experience
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Azure
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune
- Cisco Meraki
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
Highly Regarded
- Compliance and governance exposure
- Essential Eight / ASD Essentials experience
- Microsoft certifications
