Are you ready to inspire the next generation of confident learners?

We are currently seeking experienced Teachers &/or Speech Pathologists for our Primary program at Caroline Springs - to start as of Term 3, 2026.

The Opportunity

Do you want the opportunity to do what you love, 'teach', and not get bogged down with admin, planning and writing reports?

Do you want to play an integral part in helping children succeed?

This role offers an amazing opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child in their early years, creating confidence & developing in them a love of learning.

If you are looking for a way to have a meaningful impact on children and love the idea of being part of something greater, then this role may be perfect for you.

About Us

Reading Bees is an enhanced learning program for 3 to 9-year-olds who want a head start on school or need extra help learning to read and spell.

Every Reading Bees class is a nurturing and interactive learning experience. Our qualified educators follow an evidence-based literacy program proven as the most successful way for children to master reading and spelling from an early age.

Our Kinder students start school with confidence. They develop strong listening skills and learn the sounds of the alphabet and the crucial art of blending them to set them up for success.

Our Primary students effectively overcome reading and spelling challenges. Our systematic, small group skills-based program is tailored to address each child's need, meeting them at their ability, regardless of age.

The Reading Bees program runs during school terms only.

Children attend 1 lesson per week.

We are proud to be recognised by Speech Pathologists, Child Psychologists and various organisations as an early intervention provider for children.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Educators for our Primary Program:

You will deliver literacy lessons to junior primary-aged students, in small group classes or as individual tuition

You will be guided by the scope & sequence of the ‘Little Learners Love Literacy’ program, consolidating foundational skills before progressing through to introduce more advanced code

You will work afterschool on midweek afternoons (typically between 4pm-7.30pm)

You will educate & nurture a maximum of 5 children per class

**We are currently seeking an educator/s at Caroline Springs on Mondays, and one other afternoon (either Tuesdays or Wednesdays). Flexibility to choose the day/s to suit you - whether that's just one or both!**
