The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Service Manager who can support across Residential and Asset Finance. While asset finance experience is highly regarded, we are open to the right person from a strong residential background who is keen to learn and grow into the asset space.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends loan processing support, asset finance quoting, and exceptional customer service. You will be a critical support person to our brokers and a key touchpoint for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with our residential and asset finance teams to:
Assist with asset finance quotes, applications, and general deal support.
Support the processing of residential loan applications from submission through to settlement when required.
Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely outcomes.
Make client calls post-settlement to ensure a high-quality customer experience and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate on reviewing and submitting loan applications across both resi and asset.
Develop knowledge in loan structuring and asset finance solutions across multiple lenders and funders.
Support the day-to-day operations of the office and contribute to team performance and targets.

What You’ll Need
Experience in loan processing, client service management, asset finance, or a similar finance support role.
Asset finance experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate willing to learn.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a positive, proactive attitude.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
A willingness to support both Residential and Asset Finance functions as required.
