We are seeking applications for an experienced accountant to join our small team, working across multiple client structures including trusts, companies and SMSF's.

Your new role

You will be working with site based accounting teams and overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, payroll, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as execution of internal control policies and procedures. Our clients are varied and including holding entities, property developers and trading entities across several industries.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Preparing financial reports and analysis

• Preparing and lodging activity statements and compliance documentation

• Reviewing and mentoring junior accounting staff

• Maintaining internal accounting controls

• Implementing and monitoring financial plans and growth objectives

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business-related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Exceptional communication skills and a high attention to detail

• Advanced user level knowledge of Xero and Excel

• High levels of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
