We're looking for an experienced Accomodation Manager to take full ownership of running the property. This is a genuine management role with responsibility across operations, staff, and finances. You'll work closely with ownership and be the key decision maker on the ground.

What the Job Involves

• Managing and directing the front office and housekeeping teams across all areas of the property
• Hiring, training, rostering, and managing performance of all motel staff
• Overseeing the upkeep and presentation of all facilities including the pool, BBQ area, and guest common areas through coordination with relevant staff and contractors
• Managing supplier accounts, purchasing, and stock levels across the property
• Monitoring room revenue, occupancy rates, and budgets and reporting findings to ownership
• Driving strategies to improve occupancy and overall business performance
• Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures across the motel
• Ensuring the property stays compliant with health, safety, and licensing obligations
• Handling any escalated guest complaints at a management level
• Acting as the primary point of contact for ownership on all operational and financial matters

What We Need From You

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least one year of experience in a motel or hotel management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team across multiple departments
• Solid understanding of budgeting, purchasing, and financial reporting
• Comfortable with property management systems and general business administration
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
