Troocoo is partnering with a highly successful professional services business to appoint their first dedicated in-house Marketing & Communications Manager.
 
This is a unique opportunity to step into a broad, influential role within a high-performing, agile and entrepreneurial environment where marketing is seen as a genuine commercial driver of growth, brand and culture.
 
Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will take ownership across brand, communications, content, digital presence and internal engagement initiatives while helping shape the future direction of the business.
This is a full-time permanent role reporting directly to the CEO and would suit someone who thrives in agile environments, enjoys variety and is excited by the opportunity to build and evolve a marketing function from the ground up. Occasional ad hoc travel will also form part of the role.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand and marketing initiatives across the business
• Manage digital presence, including website and LinkedIn strategy
• Develop and manage content creation calendars and thought leadership campaigns
• Create content for website, executive communications and CEO thought leadership initiatives
• Support executive communications, presentations and speaking engagements
• Prepare high-quality corporate presentations, conference materials and internal communications
• Build relationships with media contacts, including briefing media and assisting with press releases
• Lead and coordinate the ongoing evolution of the organisation's digital presence and website strategy
• Drive consistency across branding, messaging and communications
• Support a business focused on leading with AI and innovation while maintaining a strong human-centric approach

About You
 
You are a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments. You are hands-on, adaptable and confident working directly with executives and senior stakeholders.
 
You'll bring:

• Previous experience within professional services or similar corporate environments
• Degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Strong content writing, stakeholder engagement and communication capability
• Experience using Canva, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, WordPress and Google Analytics
• Experience developing content calendars and managing digital content strategies
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with executional delivery
• A proactive, agile and solutions-focused approach
