As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Designer & Brand Coordinator to join our team in Bayswater.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on, highly varied role suited to someone who enjoys combining graphic design, marketing coordination, digital marketing, and trade marketing activities within a fast-paced industrial and B2B environment.
You will play a key role in supporting Crusader Hose’s brand presence across digital, print, exhibitions, product launches, technical collateral, and customer communications.
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, this role offers the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of marketing activities while helping shape the continued growth of the Crusader Hose brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign brochures, flyers, technical sheets, banners, presentations, advertisements, and digital assets
Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms
Prepare artwork and print-ready files for suppliers and production vendors
Assist with photography, video coordination, and multimedia content
Support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Assist in developing sales enablement and trade marketing materials
Coordinate promotional merchandise and exhibition assets
Update and maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor
Create EDM campaigns and customer communications
Support landing page creation and digital marketing activities
Assist with social media and online content coordination
Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, training events, and customer activations
Liaise with suppliers, printers, exhibition builders, and external agencies
Assist with event logistics, branded materials, and setup coordination
Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Management teams
Coordinate with graphic designers, website developers, video producers, and digital agencies
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
2–3 years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role
Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with WordPress and Elementor
Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
Understanding of digital marketing, including EDMs, Google Ads, and social media
Strong organisational and project coordination capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
AI literacy and interest in using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content creation
Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, or technical industries
Trade marketing or distributor network experience
Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
