As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and offerings to potential clients, attract prospective students, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels.
Key duties for the role:
- Plan, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to support business growth and achieve sales objectives within the international education and migration consultation sector.
- Analyse and manage market data to strengthen our presence in the international education market, identifying emerging trends, demand patterns, and opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct detailed market research and statistical analysis to evaluate consumer behaviour, education industry trends, and competitor positioning, informing strategic business decisions.
- Advise management on marketing strategies, product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively reach target audiences and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies incorporating digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and targeted advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of advertising campaigns, including creative content, copywriting, media placement, and promotional materials, ensuring delivery within budget and time constraints.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics and campaign data to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.
- Create, schedule and publish marketing content across digital platforms, while recommending enhancements to improve search engine performance and audience reach.
- Oversee allocated marketing budgets and allocate resources based on return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with negotiations and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and education agents to strengthen commercial outcomes and expand market presence.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights on brand positioning, campaign effectiveness, and market shifts to support continuous improvement.
- Direct and improve lead generation initiatives and client acquisition strategies, contributing to increased student recruitment and sustained business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share market intelligence, enhance marketing effectiveness, and support strategic development across regional operations.
Skill required:
- Relevant bachelor degree or higher qualifications in Marketing or Advertising or similar field
- One or more years in a similar marketing position with relevant qualification or 5 years and more in lieu of relevant qualification
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of international education systems (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to adapt to new technology
