We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive property bookings, grow brand awareness, and support the acquisition of new property management clients across Western Australia.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of creative instinct and analytical rigour, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance reporting within the travel, tourism, real estate, or hospitality sectors.

Task & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase holiday property bookings and brand visibility across digital and offline channels
  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube), ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and travel/accommodation platforms (Airbnb, Stayz, Booking etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, new markets, and growth opportunities within the Australian short-term rental sector
  • Develop and maintain SEO strategy for the company website, including keyword planning, on-page optimisation, and link building
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting both existing guests and prospective property owners
  • Produce marketing collateral, including listings, brochures, and photography briefs
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, content producers, and media partners
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms
  • Support the development and launch of new products and service offerings, including owner acquisition campaigns and loyalty programs

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing specialist or similar role, preferably within the travel, tourism, real estate, or short-term accommodation industry
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing including SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp or equivalent, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Stayz, Booking) and how marketing integrates with listing performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results within set budgets and timelines
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data to drive decision-making
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
