We're on the hunt for a confident and highly organised Property Management Assistant to support our Head of Property Management and Directors with our Residential & Commercial Managements; majority located in the City of South Perth, Town of Victoria Park & City of Canning.

Salary & Perks
Salary starting at $65k + Super + KM's (pro rata, depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy documentation
Supporting tenant and landlord communication
Assisting with inspections, leasing, and routine processes
Managing administration, compliance, and online systems (Property Tree, Inspection Express, REX, Invoice Genius)
Working across portals including Bonds Online, Water Corporation, and Office of State Revenue
What We're Looking For
Confident and able to work autonomously
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems
Real estate experience essential (Property Tree experience is a must)
Hold a current WA certificate of registration or be willing to obtain
Own your own reliable vehicle along with your full WA drivers license (KM's paid)
Ideally suit someone that lives within a short drive to South Perth
Applicant should have a minimum of 12 months in Property Management and the ability to work autonomously is a must. Initial probation period will be partly supervised and some training provided if required, then the role will be mostly remote (work from home). There may be the odd day working from our South Perth café where required.
