We are currently recruiting for three APS6 Clinician opportunities across South East Queensland: These positions offer the opportunity to work within a highly respected national organisation supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families through evidence-based mental health services.

You will join supportive multidisciplinary teams delivering trauma-informed counselling, risk assessment, care planning and therapeutic interventions to clients requiring mental health and wellbeing support.

Key Responsibilities🧩
Deliver evidence-based counselling and mental health interventions
Conduct risk assessments, intake assessments and care planning
Provide individual, couple and family counselling
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Liaise with families, stakeholders and external providers to coordinate care
Participate in case reviews, supervision and professional development activities
Support psychoeducation programs and community engagement initiatives
Requirements📝
Relevant qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counselling or Nursing
Full AHPRA registration OR AASW membership OR PACFA/ACA registration
3+ years’ experience delivering trauma-informed, holistic mental health support
Excellent communication, assessment and risk management skills
Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance and National Criminal History Check
Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Check (or ability to obtain)
