We are seeking a motivated and technically informed Sales Expert to drive growth in the modernisation and major repair segment of the elevator industry. In this role, you will work closely with building owners, facility managers, and technical teams to identify upgrade opportunities, scope solutions, and deliver tailored proposals that extend asset life, improve safety, and enhance performance.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation—while maintaining strong relationships across a portfolio of commercial, residential, and infrastructure clients.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator modernisation and major repair projects
Conduct site visits and assess existing elevator systems
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on lifecycle asset upgrades
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Interpret technical documentation, maintenance records, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover after contract award
About you:
Proven experience in technical sales within elevators industry a must
Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems or building infrastructure
Experience in modernisation, refurbishment, or capital works projects is highly desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value for clients
Self-driven, with strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW sites
