In the role of a Multicultural Support Officer (MSO), you will support clients and community members to achieve self-agency and thrive. The role does this in a variety of ways:

About the Team
The Newcomers Settlement Integration (NSI) Shared Services team at SSI provides support to service delivery program areas across the organisation. Our MSO workforce is a great strength of SSI. It allows programs to deliver services in a clients first language and with a culturally responsive approach. The Shared Services team is diverse, flexible and responsive, allowing us to support the changing needs of our clients and programs.
Responsibilities:
About You
You will need to be able to speak, read, and write in any other language, whilst also being proficient in written and spoken English.
The ability to demonstrate strong digital literacy skills is essential.
Experience working in facilitation & training or case management is highly desirable. A driver’s license and your own vehicle is also highly desirable.
