Role Description
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for the analysis, design, and development of engaging digital content across web and multimedia platforms. This role combines creative design with technical expertise to deliver high-quality visual and interactive solutions that support the organisation’s digital presence and operational objectives. The position also plays a key role in maintaining web functionality, supporting internal systems, and enhancing overall digital capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysing, designing, and developing websites.
Designing/developing animations, imaging, presentations, audio, video, and web applications.
Communicating with network specialists about web-related issues.
Integrating computer code with specialised inputs like image files, audio files, and scripting languages to produce, maintain, and support websites.
Assisting in analysing, and developing strategies, methodologies, and development plans.
Operating and managing the on-site operations ticketing software, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
Conducting on-site photography and videography to capture company activities, events, and projects.
Performing photo and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
Providing technical advice and support to enhance operational efficiency and digital capability across the company.
