About the role

Green Valley is seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to join their team in Raymond Terrace NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our NDIS services, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care and support. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work flexibly.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all operational aspects of our NDIS services, including staffing, scheduling, and client coordination

2. Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and internal policies and procedures

3. Liaise with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their needs

4. Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies

5. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

6. Provide leadership and support to the operations team

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience in a similar operations management role within the aged care or disability support sector

2. Thorough understanding of the NDIS and relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

5. Experience in leading and developing a team of dedicated professionals

6. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as disability services, aged care, or business management
