The Network Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and high-performing network infrastructure for AVTech and its clients. The role requires strong technical expertise in network systems, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation, as well as the ability to support complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable network operations aligned with business objectives.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will be expected to:

• Analyse, design, and implement network solutions including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based networking environments
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and security
• Diagnose and resolve network faults, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner
• Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Manage user access, permissions, and network security protocols (e.g. Active Directory, Intune, access control systems)
• Conduct network capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements
• Implement network monitoring tools and generate performance and incident reports
• Support system integration projects and deployment of new IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and client requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and junior staff
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and industry best practices
• Support cross-border IT operations, including coordination with AVTech’s Vietnam team
• Travel when required

Qualification & experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Networking major preferred)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are advantageous

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in network administration, analysis, or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (Cisco or equivalent systems)
• Experience with Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network and system issues
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and network protection mechanisms
• Exposure to virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware) and cloud networking is highly regarded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience in user support and IT service environments
• Communication languages: English and Vietnamese.
