The Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Night Shift Load Out team on a full-time basis at our Linley Valley Pork site in Wundowie. This role offers stable, ongoing  employment with consistent night shift hours and competitive pay rates. The position is well-suited to individuals who are motivated by strong earning potential through steady hours and shift-based income, and who are looking for long-term, reliable work.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with all safety policies, procedures, and practice.
• Trimming and packing pork products to strict customer specifications.
• Cleaning floors and chillers.
• Operating machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Picking orders from conveyor and storing based on product specification.
• Scanning, wrapping and loading product.
• Ensuring only the products that meet high quality standards are loaded.
• Loading out carcasses.

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of the importance of good hygiene
• Adhere to company PPE and safety practices
• Great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail  
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• A valid Licence and transportation

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Forklift Licence (LF).
• Experience scanning, wrapping and loading product for distribution.
