CoreStaff is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator for an immediate start with a major steel manufacturer based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure steady, Monday-to-Friday work on day shift hours, supporting production and logistics in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport steel materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Load and unload machines and vehicles as required
• Ensure materials are correctly staged and stored to support smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors across departments

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Proven experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during set hours
• Good communication and teamwork skills
