We’re looking for clinicians (new graduate to experienced) who want to:
Slow down and focus on quality over quantity
Deliver play-based, engaging therapy
Build genuine relationships with children and families, as well as teens and young adults
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Be part of a service that is values-led and constantly evolving
Deliver therapy sessions in clinic, home, and community settings
Support families through coaching and practical strategies
Collaborate with other OTs, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists, and key stakeholders
Use creative, flexible, and evidence-based approaches
Contribute to goal setting, reports, and holistic care planning
