We’re growing and looking for passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Red Frog for Families is a family-run allied health service based in Newcastle, supporting children and families through:

The Opportunity

We’re looking for clinicians (new graduate to experienced) who want to:

• Slow down and focus on quality over quantity

• Deliver play-based, engaging therapy

• Build genuine relationships with children and families, as well as teens and young adults

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Be part of a service that is values-led and constantly evolving

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Deliver therapy sessions in clinic, home, and community settings

• Support families through coaching and practical strategies

• Collaborate with other OTs, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists, and key stakeholders

• Use creative, flexible, and evidence-based approaches

• Contribute to goal setting, reports, and holistic care planning

• Qualified Occupational Therapist

• Relevant registration (AHPRA)

• Passion for working with children and families

• Interest in play-based and family-centred approaches

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player who brings energy, warmth, and initiative
