Admin / Front Office Customer Service Role
We are a busy, friendly, family-owned mechanical workshop looking for a reliable and personable Admin / Front Office Customer Service team member to join our team.
This position has become available as our long-term staff member is leaving to focus on her growing family. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, and can confidently manage a busy front office environment. An interest in cars or mechanical knowledge would be a bonus, but is not essential.
Duties Include:
• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional customer service
• Answering phones and responding to enquiries
• Booking vehicle services and repairs
• Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
• Preparing invoices and processing payments
• General administration and office duties
About You:
• Friendly, reliable and professional and with a good fun attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
• Must be an Australian citizen
• NSW Drivers license
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
(School hours may be considered for the right candidate.)
Salary negotiable based on experience.
