We’re looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Office All-Rounder / Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and being involved in all areas of the business.
This is more than just an office role — you’ll be supporting sales, assisting clients, coordinating projects and helping ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
About the role
As part of the Hawthorne & Co team, you’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal staff to deliver a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to cool or warm outreach to sale. This role is unique as you’ll be hands on with all areas of business.
Your day may include:
· Cold and warm outreach via Phone, email or leaflet dropping
· Assisting in creating sales tenders
· Client follows ups
· Management of multiple clients from different industries
· Assisting Hawthorne&Co CEO with day-to-day operations
· Assisting in the customer nurture process.
About you
You’re someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and has a strong eye for detail. You’re confident communicating with clients and can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. No sales experience Needed!!!
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or retail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A professional and friendly approach
Confidence using Microsoft 360 and other business Software
Excellent organisation and time management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to problem solve and adapt to any situation
Phone and computer literate
Experience with Go high-level and Podium desirable but no necessary
Attention to detail critical
