About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team at Independent Living Options (SA) Pty Ltd in Hove, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information

  • Provide support in organising and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

  • Help with the procurement of office supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the office

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Entry level or graduate candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
