We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office operations, staff performance and business processes within the organisation.
Benefits
$77,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus Super)
Task & responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office projects and company initiatives, including workshops, educational programs, and related office projects and assisting with the planning and evaluation of office services including service expectations.
- Oversee onsite and remote staff, including allocating work, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and managing workload distribution to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Liaise with management to support office operations and the resolution of day-to-day business needs, implementing improvements where appropriate.
- Assist with recruitment activities including candidate screening, induction, training and performance management.
- Coordinate the allocation and use of office resources, equipment and administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and operational standards
Qualification & experience
- At least a Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience .
- Experience supervising and managing staff
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency using business systems and productivity platforms
