Go Well Care Pty Ltd, T/As Cabnet is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing business.  This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, supporting project delivery, and maintaining strong communication between management, production staff, suppliers, and clients.

Task & responsibilities

  • Contributing to the planning, development, and review of office services, procedures, and service standards 
  • Managing and allocating office resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment 
  • Supervising administrative staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance 
  • Maintaining office records, documentation, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance 
  • Liaising with builders, suppliers, designers, and internal teams to coordinate business activities and resolve issues 
  • Ensuring office systems, equipment, and supplies are maintained and efficiently utilised 
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and company policies 
  • Overseeing compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company procedures 
  • Coordinating HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll support, and performance management 
  • Supporting project administration, scheduling, and client communication where required

Qualification & experience

  • Diploma in Business management or higher qualification in related field  
  • Minimum 1 year Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role 
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
