Origen Projects is looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager to join our growing team.
We specialise in high-end rendering, Venetian plaster, microcement and architectural finishes across residential and commercial projects throughout Newcastle and surrounding areas.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can confidently manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced construction environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing invoicing and general administration
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Coordinating and managing team schedules
Running internal meetings and team communication
Managing employee timesheets
Reading and completing take-offs from construction plans
Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers
Assisting with social media content creation and marketing
Supporting directors with daily operations and organisation
We are looking for someone with:
Previous administration or office management experience, preferably in the construction industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with Xero and SimPRO (preferred)
Experience in construction or trade-based industries is highly regarded
Confidence using social media platforms and basic content creation
Work from home flexibility
