About the Team
Student Services Unit is part of the Division of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Students).
The Accessibility Service offers a range of support services to students with disabilities or ongoing health conditions. The Accessibility Service is part of the Students Services Unit providing a suite of services which includes the University Careers Service, Counselling Service, Health Service, Higher Education Learning and Presentation Support (HELPS), Housing Service, and the Accessibility and Financial Assistance Service.
About the Role
The Operations and Systems Coordinator is responsible for operationalising the Accessibility services offered to students to ensure that the Access system is catering to the range of student, professional, and academic staff users to deliver quality and transparent services in a timely manner. The position is focused on the monitoring and development of workflow processes and procedures to support the team Accessibility Consultants to provide a quality service to UTS students with disabilities and ongoing medical conditions as well as Academic and Professional staff involved.
This position is integral for the Accessibility Service to meet legislative requirements and to ensure it is aligned with the University's commitment to student support and equity policies through the provision of services to students with disabilities and retention and success outcomes.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 pa (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is part time (FTE 0.6, 21 hours a week) and appointment will be made on a fixed term basis for 8 months.
