The Company
G.O. Shelving is the largest and most reputable provider of ‘Total Storage Solutions’ in South Australia and, one of the largest in Australia. Well established for over 40 years, G.O. Shelving have been responsible for the majority of the largest pallet racking and storage systems projects in South Australia.
The Role
As a valuable member of the Operations Team you will help support the Operations functions by assisting with:
Providing the best assistance and customer service for our customers (both external and internal)
Communication with customers and suppliers
Scheduling works with customers
Booking equipment with suppliers
Assisting with co-ordination of various department inputs
Controlling documents and resources
To be successful in this role, you will need to be energetic, positive, a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and disciplined in your approach, and have a real customer focus.
Skills and Experience:
Operational experience (from an industrial, commercial, building, technical type company would be an advantage)
Good customer service experience
Good basic computer skills with simple emailing and general computer operations
The ability to multi-task
Exceptional organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work autonomously but most importantly, as part of a team
Current South Australian drivers licence (truck licence an advantage although not mandatory)
Forklift licence (an advantage although not mandatory)
