🗂️ The Role: Operations Team Leader | Rapid Repair

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day operational activities across administration, scheduling and repair coordination functions while supporting team performance, workflow management and client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring operational and administration teams

• Managing workflow allocation, capacity and job progression

• Driving KPI performance, productivity and service standards

• Supporting escalations and resolving operational issues

• Working closely with insurers, assessors, trades and internal stakeholders

• Monitoring reporting, compliance and process improvements

• Assisting with workforce planning and operational strategy

• Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

✅ What We're Looking For:

You are a confident and approachable leader who can balance people management with operational delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in operations management or team leadership

• Experience within the insurance building industry is strongly preferred

• Knowledge of current client Portals and Prime preferred.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience managing KPIs, workflows and team performance

• Ability to prioritise and adapt in a high-volume environment

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
