As first point of contact for all customers, our team members will:
Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
Offer our customers frame styling advice
Dispense glasses with various lens options
Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey

Practical Abilities: Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience will be highly desired, however full optics training will be provided!
