Due to continued growth, Just Careers Training (t/as Licences 4 Work) is seeking experienced and motivated Order Picker Trainers & Assessors to join our team on a contractor basis at our Coopers Plains training facility.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your practical industry experience to deliver and assess nationally recognised training within the high-risk and safety sector.

Courses currently on scope:

• TLILIC0004 - Licence to operate an order picking forklift truck

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Current competency and relevant qualifications in the course listed above

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience, with the ability to demonstrate vocational currency

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), or willingness to obtain

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, engaging, and student-focused approach

• A positive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
