We are seeking a caring, confident Director (Level 8) to lead our OSHC and Vacation Care programs. You will guide a dedicated team, foster strong partnerships with families and the school, and ensure our service continues to deliver high‑quality, child‑centred care.
Lead daily operations with warmth, professionalism, and a focus on children’s wellbeing.
Support and mentor educators within our established, collaborative team.
Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, ACECQA, and SA child‑safe legislation.
Build strong relationships with families, school leadership, and community partners.
Oversee administration including enrolments, CCS, budgeting, and reporting.
Lead continuous improvement through reflective practice and QIP development.
Experience in OSHC or early childhood leadership.
Warm, approachable leadership style with strong communication skills.
Deep understanding of NQF, NQS and National Law & Regulations.
Ability to foster strong community connections.
Experience with OWNA and payroll is a bonus
ACECQA — Diploma or Degree level qualification as approved by ACECQA.
Current Working With Children Check and approved Child Safe Environments training.
RRHAN‑EC training (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect) — or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to update).
GECCKO National Safety Training — or willingness to obtain.
