We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Media and SEO Manager with at least 5 years of
professional experience across paid media, SEO, performance marketing and digital strategy.
This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, reporting and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, creative teams, designers, content specialists and external partners to deliver high-performing digital campaigns that support business growth.
The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, analytical capability, leadership, client communication and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end planning, strategy, execution, optimisation and reporting of paid media and SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts, business objectives and digital channels.
2. Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and other relevant channels, with a strong focus on budget management, targeting, bidding strategies, ROAS and measurable results.
3. Develop and implement SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, lead generation, digital visibility and long-term search performance through keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO and content recommendations.
4. Act as a senior client-facing contact, working closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences and commercial priorities, while presenting strategies, campaign updates, insights, reports and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with creative, content, design and development teams to prepare design briefs, ad creative briefs, landing page recommendations, campaign messaging and content requirements that align with strategy, platform requirements and performance goals.
6. Analyse campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and other relevant SEO, analytics, tracking and reporting platforms, translating data into clear insights, actionable recommendations and ongoing optimisation plans. Stay updated with AI-driven marketing tools, automation opportunities, search engine algorithm changes, industry trends and emerging best practices, including the use of AI for keyword research, content gap analysis, reporting efficiencies and performance forecasting.
7. Manage conversion tracking, tagging and technical performance requirements across campaigns, including GA4 events, Google Tag Manager setup, pixels, server-side tracking considerations, UTM structures, landing page tracking, form tracking, call tracking and conversion funnel analysis. Support technical SEO improvements such as site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, redirects, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and website structure, while also optimising paid media factors such as audience segmentation, keyword intent, quality score, ad relevance, creative testing, landing page experience and conversion rate performance.
8. Develop and maintain structured reporting dashboards, performance summaries and strategic recommendations that clearly communicate campaign results, opportunities, risks and next steps to clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders.
9. Identify growth opportunities across the full digital customer journey, including audience targeting, channel mix, content gaps, landing page improvements, conversion rate optimisation, remarketing opportunities and lead quality improvements.
10. Mentor and support junior team members and external partners, including reviewing work, providing guidance, coordinating deliverables and ensuring campaigns are completed on time and to a high professional standard.
