We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Preschool Room in a part-time role (3–4 days per week).

Part-time position (flexible 4-5 day week – negotiable for the right applicant)
Lead the Preschool Room and guide a small team of passionate supportive educators
Design and implement a high-quality, play-based program
Support school readiness through intentional teaching and meaningful learning experiences
Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
Mentor and support team members within the room
Contribute to a positive and inclusive centre culture
This role offers autonomy to lead your room while being supported by experienced management.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood
Previous experience in a Preschool or Room Leader role (preferred)
Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
Confident leading programming cycles and critical reflections
Experience supporting children with additional needs, challenging behaviours and neurodivergence
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent professional communication skills
Current Working With Children Check
