We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Laverton. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, with rotating half-day Saturdays.

You’ll be rewarded with an hourly rate of $35.00 –$38.00 + super, plus the opportunity to earn up to $25,000 in incentives for driving sales performance.

Duties

• Provide accurate and timely parts advice to customers, both in person and over the phone

• Interpret parts manuals and catalogues with confidence

• Process orders, manage transactions, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

• Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth day-to-day operations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product availability

About You:

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter or within the automotive/heavy vehicle industry

• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes

• Comfortable using multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
