Our client is a growing organisation based in the Western suburbs of Sydney. With a strong background in the supply of high quality truck products to their vast customer base, they are a specialist in their field.

We are seeking a candidate with proven parts interpretation/internal sales experience who is looking to join a dynamic team and is wanting to forge a career.

About you:

• Motivated and engaged
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable and dedicated
• Strong computer skills
• Mechanical background / auto parts knowledge is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all sales platforms
• Processing of orders via phone/email/website/eBay etc
• Counter sales and handling inbound calls/emails from customers
• General parts interpretation
• Occasional pick/pack of parts
• Developing great relationships with your customer base
